What WealthBoard does

WealthBoard helps users track estimated net worth across stocks, ETFs, crypto, cash, pensions, property, other assets and liabilities. It is a tracking and information tool only and does not provide investment advice, tax advice, financial planning or trading recommendations.

Information we collect

If you create an account, WealthBoard stores your email address, authentication record, account entitlement, trial or payment status, and the portfolio information you choose to enter. This may include holdings, quantities, average buy prices, manual assets, cash balances, pensions, property values, liabilities, recurring purchase settings, repayment settings and historical snapshots.

Authentication and cloud storage

We use Supabase Auth for login and Supabase database services to store account and portfolio records. Portfolio data is synced to your cloud account so it can be accessed across devices after login.

Market data and FX

When you request market prices or when scheduled snapshots run, WealthBoard may call third-party market data and foreign exchange services through server-side endpoints. We store price, currency and FX metadata where needed to calculate estimated portfolio values and historical net worth. Market data and FX data may be delayed, stale, unavailable or inaccurate.

AI Wealth Review

If you use AI Wealth Review, WealthBoard sends a limited summary of your portfolio categories, historical changes and selected settings to an AI provider to generate an explanatory review. The review is informational only. It is not investment advice and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. WealthBoard stores payment references, plan type, currency, payment amount, successful payment status and access period. Payment card details are entered on Paystack and are not stored by WealthBoard.

Referral and partner attribution

If you use a referral link or code, WealthBoard may store a referral slug or code in local storage or a first-party cookie before signup. After login or account creation, the referral may be claimed server-side and attached to your account as first-touch attribution. Partners only receive aggregate referral and commission metrics. We do not provide partners with names, emails, portfolio details, net worth, holdings, liabilities or individual payment records.

Admin and partner reporting

WealthBoard includes protected admin and partner dashboards. These dashboards are designed to show aggregate operational metrics, such as signups, trial counts, paid conversions, revenue by currency and partner commission summaries. They are not designed to expose individual customer portfolios or personal financial records.

How we use information

We use data to provide account access, sync portfolios, calculate estimated values, generate snapshots, provide Pro entitlements, process payments, attribute referrals, monitor errors, protect service availability and improve the product.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not provide regulated financial advice. We do not guarantee market data accuracy, FX accuracy, investment performance or uninterrupted service availability.

Data retention and deletion

Account and portfolio records are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account from within WealthBoard. Account deletion removes your saved portfolio data, historical snapshots, AI reviews and account profile. Some payment, attribution or operational records may be retained or anonymised where needed for accounting, audit, fraud prevention, entitlement and reporting purposes.
